Payment, Delivery & Cancellation Policies

  • PAYMENT CONFIRMATION – Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the customer via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment. 
  • CANCELLATION  – Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of making the order by calling us on: +971 4 457 9240 or by sending an e-mail to: sales@boq.ae refunds will be made though the payment method used initially by the customer for the purchase in question.
  • RETURN POLICIES

    If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise.

    • Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging, tags and a copy of our invoice to you and be in the same condition as when it was received.
    • A pickup and / or restock fee may apply.
    • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

    Please allow 15 to 30 days for us to process your return.

  • DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY – We deliver our products to most countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done either ourselves or by a third-party courier. Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days and from 4 to 10 working Days to other countries provided the item/s are in Dubai stock. For items not in stock, contact us for information regarding delivery days. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED 25 for items with a value less than AED 3,000.00. Items over AED 3,000.00 will not incur a delivery fee. Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details
